Privacy Policy – Commonwealth

Commonwealth (“the App”) is a personal finance and investment companion application developed by Lim Sungyeob. This policy explains how user data is handled in both the mobile (iOS / Android) and web versions of the App.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect data for advertising or tracking purposes. User data is stored only when the user enables cloud synchronization via Supabase.

• Email Address – used for account login and management.
• User ID – automatically generated by Supabase for secure synchronization.
• User-Generated Content – for example, memos, trade logs, planner entries, and income records; stored only when cloud sync is enabled.
• Diagnostics – anonymized crash logs may be collected to improve app stability.

2. Data Usage

Collected data is used solely for app functionality, synchronization, and account management. Commonwealth does not sell, share, or use personal data for advertising, marketing, or analytics.

3. Local-Only Mode

All app features remain fully available offline without login. When operating in offline mode, no personal data leaves the user’s device.

4. Data Security

All cloud data is transmitted via HTTPS and securely stored through Supabase infrastructure. Access is restricted to the authenticated user only.

5. Account and Data Deletion

Users may delete their account and all associated cloud data at any time within the App’s Settings section or by emailing us at the address below.
