Welcome to Commonwealths (“App”, “Service”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “EULA”) govern your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
The App offers a personal investing planner and journal. Local (offline) features are free. Cloud backup & multi-device sync are available via a monthly auto-renewing subscription (“Commonwealth+”).
2. Subscription
- Product name: Commonwealth+ (Premium Sync Plan)
- Length: 1 month, auto-renews until canceled
- Price: Displayed in-app; varies by region/currency; taxes may apply
- Billing: Apple App Store / Google Play
- Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end
- Manage/Cancel: In your App Store / Google Play account settings
- Free tier: Local-only mode is available without subscription
3. Receipt & Validation
Receipts may be validated with Apple/Google. If a production-signed app receives a sandbox receipt, validation may be retried against the test environment per Apple guidance.
4. Refunds
Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
5. Account & Data
Account may be required for cloud sync. You can request deletion of your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
No illegal activity, malware, reverse engineering, or rights infringement.
7. IP
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimers
No financial, investment, or legal advice is provided. The App is for informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

3. 영수증/검증
필요 시 스토어 영수증을 검증합니다. 프로덕션 앱의 샌드박스 영수증은 테스트 환경으로 재시도할 수 있습니다.
4. 환불
환불은 각 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.
5. 계정/데이터
클라우드 동기화에 계정이 필요할 수 있습니다. 계정/데이터 삭제 요청 가능. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침 참조.
6. 이용 제한
불법행위, 악성코드 배포, 리버스 엔지니어링, 권리 침해 금지.
7. 지식재산권
개인적·비상업적 용도에 한해 제한적·비양도·취소 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
8. 면책
본 앱은 투자·재무·법률 자문을 제공하지 않습니다. 정보 제공 목적의 도구일 뿐입니다.
9. 책임 제한
관련 법이 허용하는 범위 내에서 간접/결과 손해에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
